This creative, full-leg routine will take you everywhere around your at-home "reformer" setup — back, side, kneeling, standing — and target your glutes, hamstrings, quads, and inner thighs with precision.

Expect to shake, sweat, and seriously sculpt as we dive into:

  1. Roller Bridges for a juicy glute burn
  2. Roller Lunges to wake up stability and balance
  3. Side Kicks + Leg Sweeps with the band
  4. Leg Presses using band and roller combo
  5. Side-Lying Booty Burnout 🔥

🎯 Equipment Needed:

  1. Foam Roller
  2. Heavy Fabric Band
  3. Heavier Dumbbells (for resistance)

Class Length: 55 minutes (including a 5-minute cooldown stretch)
