This upper body burner focuses on sculpting the arms, shoulders, and back using Pilates precision and reformer-inspired moves — recreated beautifully on the mat. We’ll challenge stability, control, and strength, all while keeping things flowing.

Expect:

  1. Shoulder and triceps burn 🔥
  2. Upper back connection and posture work
  3. Wrist + kneeling intensity (modify as needed!)
  4. A surprising core connection throughout

By the end, your arms will feel defined, your posture will feel lifted, and your back will feel strong and sexy 💪

🎯 Equipment Needed:

  1. Gliders (or socks/towels)
  2. Foam Roller
  3. Long Light Resistance Band
  4. Light Dumbbells (1–3 lbs)

Class Length: 35 minutes

Precaution: This class includes a good amount of wrist and kneeling work — listen to your body and modify as needed (add a pad or prop up hands).
